BABY YOGA EXPLAINED
Baby yoga is usually an interactive activity where you’ll be guiding your baby through various fun poses. Some parents prefer to do side-by-side yoga where your baby plays “monkey see, monkey do” with the poses you’re doing throughout the session, while other times (especially for younger babies), you’ll want to physically guide them through the session.
Either way, baby yoga is a fantastic way to bond and help improve your baby’s physical health.
